We offer returns for a full refund/exchange/store credit within 14 days of receipt of the delivered package. 

In order to be a valid return, the product must be sent back to Faith & Agape in its original package. There must be no signs of use of any kind. The ordered product must be returned to us with a signature required delivery and tracking shipping service. The tracking number must be provided to us.  

If you would like to make a return, please email us for a return authorization at: service@faithandagape.com (no refund/exchange/store credit will be granted without return authorization).  

Please note: For returns or refunds, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Refunds will be issued back in the original form of payment.  

Please contact us at: service@faithandagape if 15 days have passed since approval of return and credit has not been issued. 

Please note: If quality control feels the item has been worn, your return will not be accepted and the item will be mailed back to you.
